rouge.jpg (9058 octets) Anjou Rouge

The Cabernet Franc and the Cabernet Sauvignon blended in this wine give it a pleasant red fruit bouquet and a beautiful aromatic strength. A mild late season weather (from late September to mid-October) enabled us to choose the grape's ideal stage of ripeness before harvesting. This traditional red is also available in Magnum (150 cl), elegant bottle on a table, enabling besides a better ageing.

Rosé de Loire (dry)

Two traditional Anjou grapes, the Cabernet Franc married with the Grolleau, produce a dry rosé wine of a beautiful amber colour. A refreshing summer wine conveying a full bodied impression with fresh fruits, flowers and spices aromas.

Cabernet d'Anjou (semi-dry)

Vinified from bleedings of Cabernet Franc and Cabernet Sauvignon, this semi-sweet rosé comes up with a fine salmon colour. A vinification achieved under controlled temperature preserves its full aroma. A fresh fruity wine, to be drunk young and cool.
